This book has taught me so much about anxious attachment and has resonated with me on so many levels. Not only do I recommend this book to other anxious attachers, but the exercises in this book have been so helpful in bringing old memories to the surface and healing my childhood trauma that I actually recommend it to avoidants - because the exercises in this book are not just for the anxious, they can help anyone with childhood trauma.
I have taken my time with this book, to thoroughly go through each exercise and I now listen to her meditations daily, and these have made a notable difference in my healing journey.
