Cinematography- outstanding. Especially in the second half when action shifts to underwater.
Length- bit strechy. Especially for a Hollywood movie. However for us Indians, we are used to such lengths.
Story- ok. Though not sure of the relevance of some characters.
Acting- good. But unable to distinguish between 'human' vs 'cgi' in expressions.
