I'm a nurse in a real hospital. I hate medical shows for a good reason. But when I first saw Max call a chair meeting and fire a whole department, it turned my head. The concept of a hospital that did everything and anything for their patients no matter the cost. This is what real hospitals should strive for each and every day. I really enjoyed all the characters and their real-world struggles. I even cried when I made the connection of Luna over Max's shoulder.
