The book is nice as I can say but not great. Tbh the book was published in 1980ish , the menatality that people are making excuses for everything is prevalent. It kinda feels that the book is telling you to ignore your mental health, it feels like some boomer is explaining a genz that lack of concentration, depression is an excuse and are not real problems. But nevertheless the book has some quite interesting points i enjoyed and would like to apply.
