Worst movie ever. I want my money back! The "star wars" shoot down vent shaft is laughable. So all those cruise missiles can destroy an airfield, but not the "death star",sorry I meant uranium plant? Between the 15 minutes of flying, are some of the most painful catch phase deliverys from the first movie. Best of all, we get sad, sullen, reflective, Maverick. Somehow we just know he'll be ok. Ishtar has been replaced as the biggest turd of all.

Walked out of the theater. Doesn't anyone make good movies? My god what an awful ......movie?

Really a very good movie. The ending was particularly cool to me. I won't spoil it for you, just go see it.
