Horror movie fan here that hasn’t seen a decent horror movie in a long time. Just watched Longlegs and walked out of the theater and requested my money back. Oddity was really good. It had suspenseful moments, a couple of great jump scares and anticipation buildups. Very well put together. Cool story!

Longlegs has a great story that I feel was poorly executed. Many times throughout the movie, I was annoyed and bored as they wouldn’t get to the point. It was way overhyped as a horror movie, but played more like a thriller. The horror aspect came at the end, but it was too late.

I made it 14 minutes and couldn’t take the acting anymore. It felt like I was watching a foreign film with horrible translations. It was too difficult to sit through.
