Always have low expectations to re-writes or prequels of classics but wow, definitely paid homage to the character that Mr Dahl created many years ago, excellent acting and performance from the cast. Our family favourite was Hugh Grants Umpa Lumpa character, brilliant. If you love musicals, this is for you!
