Jonathan Nash

Decided to watch it on a while and know next to nothing about its preceding universe. With that in mind, I thought it was a well executed, short little series. I think the best thing about it oddly enough is its minimalism—including both plot and gore. As such, the show was able to focus on the horror elements. There were some pretty creepy moments, and I think the show focused on more on human interaction and desperation then the odd social structures and politics that you might find in The Walking Dead. The show stumbles in its structure in that it is all over the place and he’s to follow at points. I am not quite sure, for example, why mid season without warning they raid a random night club of sorts. No set up at all. Anyways, lots of action, thrills, and scares. B+
