Those Were The Days was originally a song from the 2-disc album by Cream titled, Wheels of Fire. I got it when it came out in 1968. One disc was recorded in the studio. The other disc was recorded live on tour in 1968. Those Were The Days was on the studio disc.
This is the first I've heard of a compilation album from 1997 titled, Those Were The Days.
