Gladiator was my all time favorite movie for the longest time..I really had high hopes for this movie..thought the villians in the movie were a little lame...some of the scenes in my opinion were over the top. I commend Denzel for trying but he brought his training day bravado..just didn't mix with ancient Rome. Also it seemed like the same story that Gladiator followed just really horrible editing. In my humble opinion it was a complete let down from what I was hoping for.

This movie exceeded my expectations based on the google reviews. It was so good!!! It really did a good job taking you back to that time period. And Viggo Mortinsens character was superb!!! Definitely my favorite movie of 2024.
