The Game is POORLY Optimized for PC. I mean this is a game from 2019 and still using 100% of CPU and GPU, which results in random stutters.
This is happening to almost everybody.
Cyberpunk runs fine on ULTRA settings but this.....POOR OPTIMIZATION.
Don't PLAY this GAME unless EA fixes the stutters which they will never do....
These are the reasons people HATE companies like EA, Ubisoft etc.
