i ve been enjoying the series so far im curently watching it with my mom and she really likes it because she says she feels related to the mc i think its nice a shift from the extreme competitiveness from the other series and higher focus on exploration its a series to watch in family with kids, and even tho it kinda does lack action, its because they have starters, it would be weird if they where killing everything on their path also in the same way i think the action is better constructed charachters do logic stuff most of the time, instead of just beeing edgy i dont like roy tho also people say it does not have comedy but thats a general thing of japanese peope either they are the funiest thing or awkard to hell btw people that say that ash it a legend are kinda crigne he is, but every awesome stuff he did always was like he did nothing at all as the series progressed to my knoledge they fixed it in the last season when he bcomes world champ and kinda would be fun to watch it but at the same time why would i i know he wins, i saw other tournaments of the series and at this point 20 years later dont really care horizons feels like a refreshed new adventure to just sit, relax and have a nice time
