THIS is a Batman animated series that was long coming. The makers have hit the mark on understanding and depicting BATMAN! Also, couldn't be happier that they've found a voice that did justice to Batman when I thought no one could replace Kevin Conroy (RIP). All of the episodes were engaging- the nostalgic animation, the direction, the dialogues, spooky stories... Got goosebumps in some scenes, especially on the last episode when Batman is standing atop a building with his cape waving in the wind and Gotham-picturessque thunderstorms in the background. Left me wanting more with the series' tease for the next supervillain (one may try guessing who I'm referring to when I say supervillain😉)
