Shark Tank India Season 2 is really good. Loved all the sharks. The way Anupam analyses each pitch is too good. His comments/suggestions on each pitch is something that one needs to carefully listen to ....you will learn what is "doing business" all about. Hats off! But just that some words like bandar and a few interfering comments when other sharks speak can be avoided. Vineeta is also good. Really nice to see that she is not using words like "bakwas", which she used in Season 1. Namita, as always, is good. One has to learn the art of saying "no" from her. Amit and Peyush also rock. Not sure why Aman looks a little laid back and disinterested sometimes. Otherwise, the show is really good and informative.

First, judges need to learn to talk properly. If you are not convinced with the business, the idea, or the revenue, do not invest...politely refuse. Who the hell are you to just throw harsh words and hurt someone? Today, you may be a successful entrepreneur, founder or co-founder...but that doesn't mean that you can speak however you want to others. Ashneer, especially, needs to first learn to talk diplomatically and convey his feedback. Nobody is his slave. Similarly, Aman needs to stop the mockery that he makes in the name of a joke. Namita is too artificial, but at least she does not hurt people like Ashneer. The only genuine person is Anupam and Peyush to some extent. Anupam really does a critical evaluation and then takes a decision. But, seriously, Asheer needs to learn to talk and convey his intentions in a more polite and decent manner. I hope the management will review the performances of these judges and feed them back appropriately!
