Whatever expectations you have for this movie — throw them away. It’s better than that. This movie is the greatest interpretation of the meaning of life; though we finite and though nothing truly matters in the end, we are vessels of love who tend to live to embrace each other’s flaws and strengths.

SPOILER WARNING! I’ll give the movie credit where it’s due, it was a pretty decent sequel. However, the movie was lacking an explanation throughout. For instance, the Master Crystal; yes, there was explanation, but the movie didn’t stress the extent of its power enough to the audience, in my opinion. Also, the chemistry between Dr. Eggman and his companion is so weird. I get that it’s supposed to be funny, but I cannot tell if it’s admiration, friendship, or love (😭). Yes, I literally felt like he was IN LOVE with him at times. It’s more likely that the writers wanted this obsession to be seen as admiration, but like, at this point just make it more flirty sort of — and it doesn’t have to be in a weird way. It’s one or other, CHOOSE. Also, the movie felt out of order. I think the movie should have had a longer intro that focused on the lore behind the crystal, instead of Eggman. Idk, I’m too lazy to ramble anymore, but you get the point. Yes, it is a kid movie targeted for kids, but that doesn’t mean it has to be lazily thrown together. Anyways, that’s it.
