I already played this with my ps4 but replaying this to pc is superb. Porting this game into pc improved the performance and noticeable fps improvements with my current pc. Ps4 was locked at 30 fps for consistent temperature and good performance but playing this on higher framerates increases my reaction time to parry and I feel like unstoppable in GMGOW mode lol. The Lore of this game has been well thought! I already finished the Ragnarok version and this God of war is harder than Ragnarok. I really like the character development that kratos has gone through from a mad spartan seeking for a revenge with the greek gods to a calm god of war who is willing to protect his life with his son atreus. Overall I love the gameplay, from parry system to skill tree building and even crafting your own armor sets to go to survive the open world. GMGOW is really punishing at start but it will be rewarding on midgame because of the scaling. Highly Recommended you can play it standalone without playing any god of war series from playstation the only downside is that you won't really get the jokes in the game.
