This programme is the biggest scam going. What’s the point in the show buying the house for the contestants only to use a bridging loan that adds £20k on to the price plus the stamp duty fees which wouldn’t normally apply to first time buyers. Then the series is sponsored by the bridging loan company!!! Nearly every episode ends in a loss, even when they stick to budget! When they do make a profit it ends up being less than minimum wage for 6 months work. Most of them are tradies might as well just work overtime and get paid more. I can’t believe people still apply.
