Other than a bad start ( which seems to be frequent these days ) payday 3 is a blast and a half. I don’t believe these reviews seen should be taken seriously as I’ve seen most of them complaining about the unplayable first week of the games launch. Fair enough, I understand why people would be mad but saying that the game is bad because of this isn’t acceptable. You judge a game by how it plays, not by being able to play it.
The first week of payday 3 as I’m sure we know was a mess. However unlike Battlefield 2042’s launch which was incredibly buggy and broken, Payday 3’s launch was unplayable, LITERALLY! The servers weren’t able to function meaning that you couldn’t play the game. Like I said I understand why people would be disappointed and angry about that but making a judgment about the actual game and calling it terrible is far from being a review and more a fit of rage. Ive also noticed that people are constantly complaining about how you have to create an account before you play the game… when I started playing COD I had to make an account with Activision, and EA when I played Battlefield. So what’s new, it’s practically mandatory protocol at this point and has been for a long time. I don’t understand why people should complain about this as almost every company in this industry requires you to have an account so why is it any different for Payday.
I’ve played the game, it’s incredible and so much fun. We are now little under a month after the launch and the game is without a doubt superior to its previous title. I’ve had zero problems, the game runs like a hot knife through butter and the BOTs used to fill up empty spaces aren’t useless. Payday 3 is an amazing game and really deserves more so I do hope that the negativity it’s been challenged with doesn’t affect your decision. For me who plays on PS5, this game as I’m sure you have seen gets a whopping 5 stars from me!
I hope to see anyone who’s read this out on the streets of payday 3 ready rob some banks.
