There were a few places in this book that made me stop and consider the way society raises our children, expectations of women, and following your inner voice, but the writer comes across as narcissistic and the story telling is contrived. Many long winded pieces of dialogue that are presented as conversation, but totally unrealistic. The author speaks in a prophetic voice which really turned me off.
