One of the main things I've learned from watching this show, is that there is so much more to these investigations than anyone realizes. I'm in awe of the amount of information learned within the first few days, if not hours, of an incident. Hearing first person accounts allows you to get the whole story, not just what the media has chosen for you to hear. I highly recommend this show!
