Okay series. Well produced but obviously produced for an American audience and not particularly accurate historically. In episode two they suggest the Americans had a more dangerous mission to bombing because they went in daylight as opposed to the RAF who bombed at night. In reality the death rate for RAF crews was 45% where the 8th Air Force had a death rate of 10%.

Premise and concept is good and the characters seems interesting and it is worthy of watching. But…….. the show is shot in a constant low light and makes it frustrating to watch. I spent most of the first episode yelling at the screen asking them to “turn on the lights”. Why do they do this? Is it to save money on backdrops, sets and locations. They could have filmed most of the first episode in my living room with the lights off!
