Terrible quality. Low frame rate made the film jerky. Sub-titles were far too fast. I often could only read half of one before it switched to the next one. I gave up after suffering through four episodes.

I love how kind the rescuers are. They treat everyone with respect, particularly those who are suffering from an overdose. WTG!! And to the reviwer who said "Heroin is NOT an Opioid", you're wrong. "Heroin is an opioid drug made from morphine" as the National Institute on Drug Abuse states. Most often, people who use heroin have no idea that it has had Fentanyl (from China, the green tablets), added to it, and it's that which renders them unconscious. Here in Canada, anyone can pick up a free Narcan kit, with full instructions. I wish more people would get one, because you never know when you might come across someone who has been rendered unconscious, due to something they did not know they were ingesting. If you use drugs, please have a non-user buddy with you, who has a Narcan kit!
