I missed the start of the programme, but really enjoyed the rest of it, as Ben came across as open minded, rather than set on delivering an agenda. I already delivered an agenda in my self published book, "The First and Lost Iona". It's available on Kindle for pennies and could provide material, not just for one programme, but for a series. To give you a little clue, the story of Columba always translates the Latin word insula as island. But that only applies where the narrator was a native Latin speaker. Adomnan was not. He was an Irish Gael and so the word he translated into Latin as insula would have been the Irish innis, which can indeed mean an island, but also means a water meadow or inch. As I explain, neither Insula Iona nor Insula Hinba were islands.
