The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is and will always be my favorite Spider-Man film. Yes, it may be a little bit overstuffed with villains and plot points, but the thing that really makes this movie shine is the relationship between Gwen and Peter. Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield have the best on screen chemistry I have ever seen, and I am a huge film buff. You can just tell how much Stone and Garfield genuinely love each other, and it reflects to their characters throughout the movie. I can’t help but shed a tear every time when Peter and Gwen talk on the bridge and he tells her that he’s going to England with her. Gwen’s death scene is the most heartbreaking moment in any of the Spider-Man movie, and one of the saddest moments in movie history. Garfield’s acting is incredible - you can feel his pain through the screen. The webslinging in this movie is also the best we’ve ever gotten.
