I can’t fathom all the hate this is legitimately the best Pokémon game they’ve ever made.

The pinnacle of modern game design. Will go on to become even more of an industry standard than Dark Souls. An absolute masterpiece and the best one yet from the studio that has brought us one work of beauty after another for over a decade now.

Don’t listen to the hate. Most people that hate the game haven’t played it, or are just overly upset about a certain plot point not realizing that plot point exemplifies the entirety of the morality and human nature of these games. People say it lost its morale ambiguity but it’s as ambiguous as ever. People say the gameplay is generic but it plays literally exactly like the first with only major improvements. The story carries the torch of complete emotional devastation as I have been brought to tears a few times throughout this game just as I had with the first. It is more of the genius of the first improved upon in many ways. If you even looked at the leaks I feel bad for you, because unspoiled this is a brilliant masterpiece of a game and I only want it to continue.
