It's polished, it's beautiful. It's boring. It feels like a giant slog, just going from place to place, clearing pointless dungeons. The huge emphasis on story is a complete miss. It just doesn't have heart. To this day, nothing comes close to d2. Maybe it's nostalgia maybe it's comfort in the known, but Diablo 4 lacks soul. I wished I knew what the IT factor is but I know Diablo 4 doesn't have it. I'm not even sure it's an improvement on d3..
