As a viewer, i think Dr. Rajith is trying to grab attention of viewers by acting more at camera spots and even by self talking alone. He never listens and always talks by not giving chances to anyone. A good leadership or leaders must have qualities which also includes respecting, listening ,understanding, polite and above all forgiving heart. I feel others are playing wicked games to keep away, i cant judge on just 1 and half hour show. Pradip seems not involving into any controversies but needs more highlight.
