I like Renner and I am really trying to like this series. The acting is not good. A lot of the premises they try to make seem baseless and stupid. The hockey scene for example is sheer nonsense. It just wouldn't happen in youth hockey, nfw. The way Renner constantly goes out to the drug dealer for sit downs, who day or night is always in the front yard, even though he is in charge. is just dumb. His character's reach and instant ability to do anything inside or outside the prison; please. I keep trying to give the show license to tell it's story but it is all just so fake, exaggerated and stereotypical I don't think I want to hear anymore.
