Incredibly bias propaganda film. I know the book was the same thing, but still.
The movie tells the story of a fake athiest and sceptic who supposedly tries to get to the bottom of whether Christianity is true by interviewing a bunch of Christian apologists who's job it is to lie and mislead for a living.
A Great example is how the actor playing apologists Gary Habamas explains that there wasnt a full biography of Alexander the great until 400 after he lived and the gospels were only 40 years later. He fails to mention that there are contemporary eye witness writings of Alexander written across many different countries in many languages and yet there isn't a single first person account of Jesus anywhere.
Later they talk about how there are 500 witnesses and 9 independent testimonials of this, when the truth is all we have is Paul (who never met Jesus btw) saying 500 people saw the resurrected Jesus (in bible of course) no names are given or anything is written from these 500 witnesses 🤷♂️. Of course it's not mentioned that the other 9 witnesses were written 3-400 years later and just mention what Paul wrote.
I could go on and on like the medical doctor who seemed to think Jesus was the first person to be crucified and stabbed with spear but I'd be here all day.
If you're convinced by this you need to do some reading, of you are a sceptic you might enjoy its comical side but more likely you'll be screaming at the screen in frustration and it's incredible dishonesty.
