Okay, so not only did they completely butcher the original story line "which was one of my favorites growing up" but the hole thing was just kinda flat. The big changing points in developing depth in Mulan's character where sadly disappointing, the best word I can think of is just hokie. I'm not even going to try to touch the fact that they were able to change almost everything about the original movie, all the way down to every name except Mulan, an yet they couldn't find a way to keep Mushoo? I will say about the only thing they had going for them was capturing the struggle of a woman hiding in an all male army.
