So I’m not really sure why this was nominated for a reward… unless the reward received was for praising pedophilia. Because… did no one notice the 10 year age difference between the 2 main characters? I don’t know if that was the whole point of the movie, to make the audience feel incredibly creeped out that a 25 year old woman is obsessed with this 15 year old boy but I guess that’s what Hollywood is all about. This movie was weird, it had a boring, hard to follow, story line, and was not very relatable (unless people are really into romanticizing a very inappropriate relationship between an adult and a child). Honestly, it just made me feel gross.
