I feel beast as a movie is worth watching... It's not at all bad like it's been unanimously reviewed by people all across.. It does have scenes which go overboard, but it doesn't have Vijay speaking too much, he has rather played a subtle character. I feel he has allowed other characters also to have some screen space and the exchanges between characters are unique like you see in any nelson movie. Anirudh's bgm has elevated the movie to a greater height. Selvaraghavan has played himself.. it doesn't look like he has taken up a character, it looks rather natural.. The antoganist in the plot not being a strong one is certainly a negative for the film. Overall the movie is definitely worth watching
