It was overhyped from the beginning because CDPR is good, Witcher series was good but surely Devs still needed more time it seems even it has been developed for 9 years. There is a lot problem with PR and Devs apparently because there is almost no romance as PR made its' ads nor the choices you made in the game such as killing or non-lethal way. Kojima's games really punishes player in his games ( I don't say it's such a nice feature) but even Cyberpunk gives you options for it, it has no function in the storyline. Also your choices in the most conversations doesn't make any impact on the storyline either. It is really shame. Demo shadows were better. I like the overall design, especially character and environment art. Yet the game's atmosphere sometimes feel empty with such lack of interference with npcs, environment etc. Driving control is also not good enough. If you put the vehicle on the street, rest of the cars just stop, not even trying to go from outside of it like in GTA. If you stand on the road, they don't stop and hit you, lol. Also many promised things are cut out and it feels empty. The game itself is improved version of Fallout and mixture with Deus Ex, but not complete. So many missing features and its' own unique things. They surely needed extra one year at least to polish perfectly.
Optimization definitely is not good enough, 7/10.
AI definitely has problems in some areas. 6/10
Story : 9/10
Love the graphics, artworks though 9/10 .
Quests 9/10 (Well written, deep quests)
Musics : 10/10
Bugs : 5/10 (Some are really game breaking)
So many cut content, feature : 5/10
Overall for me : 7/10
Wish Devs can fix or expand universe with fixes to these points somehow.
