I really enjoyed this series. The characters were versatile, well-developed and the subplots were tied ultimately to the solution of the murders. The photography of the Scottish countryside was spectacular. The only problem I had was understanding the accents some of the minor characters voiced. I cannot understand why this series was not continued as it seemed very intriguing and certainly captured my interest.
