The book is a nice motivational read. You can do the 75 Hard program without the book, but the book is a nice mental boost and a really quick read. It also clarifies some of the reasoning behind including parts of the program. The text could use a little proofreading or editing, if you have OCD or are a grammar perfectionist be warned there are some weird spaces, and things that look like parts of the book were talk-to-text software. But overall a decent semi-autobiographical motivational read.
