This is from a 12 yr old. How can a mermaid be black underwater? Common sense, there no light underneath, so she'd be really pale. Scuttle is now a girl; why change the gender!? And for the people saying " omg finally a black princess " there have been many dark skinned princess! For example: pocahontas, Tiana, and alladin! I know you guys say " oh just let the kids watch " but I can assure you that they didn't grow up with the " old disney " as I did, and most kids did! I can say that there are kids that know what " garbage " is!
