I loved it. Barbie made me laugh, cry and think. I left the cinema looking at the world differently. It’s hilarious, but it’s not a comedy. It’s a masterpiece, it’s fun and goofy but relatable and real. As a young woman understanding more about what the patriarchy means for myself and others around me, this movie gave me hope and I felt so empowered to be a woman. I rarely feel that way after watching a film. Woman have power! We can rule the world! I highly recommend watching with no expectations. It blew me away.
