I found the author was way to technical.. I have read every book under the Clive cussler franchise but fire strick by Mike Maden was the worst I have read under Clive's name .. way to many characters to follow .. way to much info about what weapons they had and were they served .. I consider myself an educated man but fount the technical jargon of this book to be over powering .. I don't need to know where a particular weapon being used is manufactured or how it is built .. plus I really don't need to know every detail of a character . This is the first book I have ever found myself skipping past the technical jargon. I found it boring at times and confusing trying to deciefer the many characters and who the were affiliated with ... No thumbs up from me on this one
