This flick is not for sissies. CHRISTOPHER WALKEN is brilliant as the reluctant Whitney and whose fame arose from his intervention with the 4th Kind, (if you will). It's terrifying, the very premise of this story. A child must not ever be allowed to see this movie because I can still hear the little boy tell his daddy he's 'afraid of the little blue people'. That is the turning point for Walken's lead character. There is no going back to a normal life. Strieber made it painfully clear that he is infected for the rest of his life. A fabulously scarery movie to watch with a friend.
