My previous reviews have been removed... Gayle is worst host on TV. I cannot understand why or how she could get any of her awards - friends with Oprah? Overused expressions, intro of people "John as in Doe", "your in Pole Position" as an example. All about her, cannot ask a straight question, tired of her free stuff, the glasses for half of the show, pointing her finger at us, shuffling papers and reading vs listening, clapping her hands, her stupid laugh, rambling, speaking over people and making it hard to hear others comments, can't/shouldn't sing, showing up at every event and the bragging about it with clips ad nauseum and now going to space! Of all people... glasses after 8 AM to collect a fee? Or too fashion crazy??? Nate is doing too much and gets more time off than is reasonable. Vlad is so full of himself and over the top enthusiastic, often mumbles at end of comments and speaks over others. He was great as a serious reporter. And Tony has gone downhill ... no good news people anymore .... some of the best are the subs or feature specialists i.e. Adriana, Anthony and Jericka to name a few. And all of the free gifts or taking "gifts", hope they claim these on taxes. Can you say NBC...

SERIOUSLY - WHY is Gayle King still there? I prefer the CBS format over the rest BUT. Gayle King is NO Walter Cronkite... that award had to have been bought. She is the worst interviewer on TV. The R. Kelly interview for which she received so much credit was mistaken for for fear not skill. She sat there, still, not by skill but by fear. NOW the Teddy swims interview - HORRIBLE. SHE SPENDS 2 MINUTES AFTER THE INTERVIEW telling us things that he could have told us, but she was too busy interrupting and answering the questions she asked him sending him down a different path. I waited to hear him speak instead.I heard a Gayle interviewing a Gayle. She never ends the question and interrupts continously. She should not be the lead. Her switch to glasses after 8 is disgustingly annoying and likely just another way for her to make money. Her fingerpointing, hand clapping and her repeating herself is still ANNOYING.
