I was being billed for about a year on a card I didn't use anymore and with an email address from my old employment at a middle school. When finally realizing Kahoot had been charging me an auto-enrolled monthly subscription, I contacted them to request a refund as I hadn't logged in for over 8-months. They replied they have a "no-refund policy" and only give the current month refund. This is evil in the form of greed. This is a company that is supposed to support teachers and the hard earned low-income we receive. Yet, this company is heartless and has no integrity. Boycott Kahoot!
