Mason Wyberg – Google

Honestly, this one ain't half bad. It's not their best work by a longshot, I'd still say their first five albums, White, and EWBAITE are better, but I do like a lot of the tracks on it, particularly Mexican Fender (which is just a fun song), Feels Like Summer (which is great dynamically), Weekend Woman (super pretty, very cool), and Sweet Mary (which has Make Believe energy). Definitely still worth a listen, and knowing that this is in the bottom half of their discography should tell you a lot about how Weezer is as a band.

Probably one of their better modern offerings. There's some really good songs in here, but they're only good if you don't take them seriously. Excluding Pinkerton and some of Make Believe, Weezer is not a serious band, they're a fun band. They make fun songs. Songs such as "Living In L.A." and "California Snow" may seem generic and annoying on paper, but you listen to them more than once and you realize that it's just a fun, catchy song. It's a high-energy album (excluding two or three tracks, especially Byzantine, which is awful) and at least worth some good songs. Top 2 best songs on the album: Can't Knock The Hustle, Too Many Thoughts In My Head Top 2 worst songs on the album: Byzantine, Piece Of Cake
