This is a gem, you will be scared throughout the series but when the series ends you will be more sad than scared. I just can't appreciate the director enough .it's so beautiful in every aspect like the acting is top notch, the hill house itself is so beautiful, the Transition between then and now is beautiful. I'm going to watch it again. I can talk about it for hours. It's scary and sad but it has a sort-of calmness in it like the spirited away. Easily among my favourites.
