Many concepts in the movie are novel and ground breaking - it probably needed to be 2 movies or a 4.5 hour movie. Matrix 4 is not about NEO being a god but him being a human. The movie builds over Matrix-2 “sum total of an unbalanced equation” and the architect in Matrix-4 uses unstable equilibrium instead of mathematical perfection.
