Hope instilling novel for cynical and devicsive times. Reassurance that " good people": kind, measured , generous, thoughtful and reflective individuals still exist . Philosophical while being engaging and effortless read. Author must have a beautiful soul.

Action packed, great one liners, a romping farce, holes in the plot but still loved it. Watched 2 one night then 4 next. Lots of twists and redherrings, some quite ludicrous but gave our household plenty to guess at and laugh at.
