I enjoyed but strongly disliked this movie. I hated how the movie made it seemed like military units doing intense urban warfare are just gonna let random photographers join them, the how these "seasoned" warzone journalists seem to have no concept of security and how to behave in a warzone. The entire movie I just wanted the young photographer girl to get shot for being such an idiot... and yet somehow she was the main character of the story. Direction and cinematography was great though, really cool seeing urban combat scenes in DC.

The whole thing sort of made sense until they went to America... and then it became some kind of weird, history channel, spy-vs-spy, every scene a new plot, kind of weird-ass movie with every frame gorgeous animation. What a strange movie ... but I liked it!

First it was creepy. Then scary. Then ridiculous. Then psychological. The metaphysical. A real work of art

This was a really good movie. Every shot was like a painting and the overall movie had a really powerful rhythm like a melody. Definitely didnt expect it to be so horrific — but it definitely stirred the soul, and the blood.
