I want to give this game 5 stars SO BADLY. It's fun and gorgeous and the scope is huge. The reason I can't is their "customer service." I have spent hundreds on this game over the months I have played, and any time I have had issues and contacted customer support, my requests are completely ignored. Simple requests, too: access to the forums, since my welcome email never was sent to me... Ignored. Request for help for 25,000 gold that disappeared on two separate characters... Ignored. Request for estimated time it will take to fix the fencing issue that arose with the release of Greymoor... Ignored. For a paying customer who buys many crowns, this is unacceptable. No other game treats their customers with such utter contempt.
