I don't usually like horror. I thought it was a really good movie especially moving toward fall. There was enough realism that made it scary. The family issues and the realistic bullies in school added to the storyline. Well acted. The main kid actors were great and the friendship from a surprising ally made such a good movie. It was well written without all the extra gore.
