I bought a ticket for the show Shear Madness 3 months ago in the center of the orchestra. 4 days before the show the ticket office informed me the show was cancelled. I called the ticket office, but the guy didn't give me time to check my schedule, as a result, I got a ticket at the time I couldn't make it. I contacted the office again and haven't heard any response. The ticket office and people who organize the show act very unprofessional. Lost my money and got a negative experience.
