As just another audience member, someone who isn’t gonna dissect every single piece of the movie down to why the director made this decision or that one, it was an amazing movie.
Finding out it was directed by a woman was even better because I wondered why each of the emotions I felt during the movie were at the highest point when I felt them. If I was sad, I was crying…if a scene made me smile, I was probably rooting to the top of my lungs yelling at the TV.
I was able to not only look at this from a Marvel fan point of view but just an avid movie viewer. I didn’t tie this movie to any other and that’s my opinion on why there are any bad reviews… because they are too focused on how this movie bounces off of previous ones. Don’t take my word or any one else’s. I’d say watch it and think for yourself
